Vit bjóða

Eitt fjøllbroytt og fakliga spennandi arbeiði, har tú verður partur av einum dugnaligum og ágrýtnum leiðslutoymi.  Tú kemur at hava nógvar ymiskar uppgávur, og dagarnir verða skiftandi og spennandi. Starvið gevur góðar møguleikar at ávirka menningina av køkinum, umframt møguleikar fyri persónligari og fakligari menning.

Hvat kanst tú vænta tær

• Leiðslu: Tú fer at samskipa og hava ábyrgdina av køkinum, í samstarvi við okkara dugnaliga køksleiðara

• Skapandi frælsi: Tú fert at menna og innføra nýggjar matskráir og rættir, sum kveikja bæði starvsfólk og gestir

• Ábyrgd: Tú fert at tryggja, at øll matgerð fer fram sambært heilsu- og trygdarkrøvum

• Menning: Tú fert at vegleiða og menna okkara starvsfólk í køkinum, so tey kunnu vaksa og blóma í sínum starvi

Vit leita eftir tær sum:

• Ert útbúgvin kokkur og dugir títt handverk

• Hevur góðar samskiftisførleikar

• Ert kreativ/ur og hevur áhuga fyri nýggjum matgerðartilgongdum

• Ert ein liðspælari við evni at arbeiða sjálvstøðugt

Starvssetan og umsóknarfreist

Starvsbyrjan er 1. apríl 2026. Freistin at søkja er 1. mars 2026. Umsóknir verða viðgjørdar leypandi. Løn og setanartreytir eru sambært avtalu.

Sous Chef for Hotel Hafnia

The operations of P/F Hotel Hafnia are continuously developing and growing. As our current Sous Chef is moving to another position within the company, we are now seeking a new Sous Chef for Hotel Hafnia.

• Leadership: You will coordinate and share responsibility for the kitchen in collaboration with our talented Head Chef.

• Creative Freedom: You will help develop and introduce new menus and dishes that inspire both staff and guests.

• Responsibility: You will ensure that all food preparation complies with health and safety requirements

• Development: You will guide and develop our kitchen staff so they can grow and thrive in their roles.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

• Is a trained chef and skilled in their craft

• Has strong communication skills

• Is creative and interested in new culinary approaches

• Is a team player with the ability to work independently

• Is good at ensuring quality in all tasks

• Is outgoing and enthusiastic in their collaboration with colleagues across the hotel

Employment Terms

The employment start date is April 1st, 2026, or by further agreement.
