Souschef til ’Tubbak’

Tann 1. juni letur nýggj, spennandi matstova upp í hjartanum í Havn.

Tubbak er eitt nýtt og øðrvísi matstovukonsept, ið sameinir dygdargóðar grillrættir við nýmótans sushi, sum hevur íblástur úr Suðuramerika og Asia.

Matupplivingin verður heilt serstøk – við skapandi deilirættum og kokkteyls, livandi tónleiki, spennandi tiltøkum og einari show‑bar í miðjuni.

Um starvið

Sum souschef verður tú partur av einum eldhugaðum toymi, har tú saman við okkara dugnaliga høvuðskokki, fert at hava dagliga ábyrgd av køkinum. Tú kemur at samskipa arbeiðsætlanir, fyriskipa vøruinnkeyp og tryggja høgt góðskustøði.

• Ert útbúgvin kokkur og dugir títt handverk

• Er væl skipað/ur og dugir at hava yvirlit, eisini undir trýsti

• Samstarvar væl í toymi, eins og tú tekur ábyrgd

• Ert góð/ur til at tryggja góðsku í øllum uppgávum

• Vegleiðir og stuðlar køkstoyminum, so tey mennast og trívast

Løn og setanartreytir eru sambært avtalu.

Umsóknarfreist

Freistin at søkja starvið er 1. mars 2026. Umsóknir verða viðgjørdar leypandi og í trúnaði. Starvsbyrjan er mai 2026.

Tú søkir starvið við at senda tína umsókn umvegis frymilin niðanfyri.

On June 1st, a new and exciting restaurant will open in the heart of Tórshavn.

Tubbak is a new and unique restaurant concept that combines high‑quality grilled dishes with modern sushi inspired by South America and Asia.

The dining experience will be truly special – with creative sharing plates and cocktails, live music, exciting events, and a show bar at the center.

About the Position

As Sous Chef, you will be part of a passionate team were, together with our skilled Head Chef, you will have daily responsibility for the kitchen. You will coordinate staff schedules, manage purchasing of goods, and ensure a high level of quality.

• Are a trained Chef and skilled in your craft

• Are well organized and able to maintain an overview, even under pressure

• Work well in a team and take responsibility

• Are good at ensuring quality in all tasks

• Guide and support the kitchen team so they can grow and thrive
